Returns Policy

We really hope you love your new NOVA pieces as much as we do, but in the unlikely event you have received a damaged or faulty item, please reach out via our 'Contacts' page so we can assist you further.

In addition to your legal rights, we also offer a 14-day returns period for non-faulty goods. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging and with the accompanying proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Unless specified in our communication, return postage will be at the responsibility of the buyer.

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Items purchased that are part of our 'Final Edit' collection, are not eligible to return, unless the item is faulty.
