How is my order packaged?

Your order is handpicked and quality checked before being packaged for delivery. Each item is individually parcelled in one of our NOVA embossed drawstring pouches and wrapped in tissue paper before being posted.

If your item is a gift, we also oﬀer a gift wrap option which includes a box, as well as a ribbon tied high quality cardboard NOVA branded bag for you to present your item. This can be added to your order when you add your item to basket.

How long does it take for my UK order to arrive?

We aim to process your order within 1 working day. Once checked and packaged for postage, we oﬀer Royal Mail Tracked 24 & 48. (If your order is over £40, UK Royal Mail Tracked 48 is free of charge). We also oﬀer international shipping, with more information detailed below.

What materials are used to make my jewellery?

NOVA currently oﬀer 14k and 18k Gold plated Stainless Steel pieces. This combines the luxurious look of gold with the durability and aﬀordability of stainless steel. Unlike other metals, stainless steel does not rust, corrode or tarnish easily, making it ideal for everyday wear. It’s strong and scratch resistant, meaning that your jewellery should retain its shine and shape for a long time. We use a process called PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) when coating, which is not only a more sustainable option, that makes the layer of gold more durable and resistant to fading.

What is the best way to clean and care for my jewellery?

Stainless steel is durable and resistant to tarnish, but with proper care you can keep it looking new for longer. After wearing, wipe with a soft cloth to remove any dirt and oils, for more polished or shiny pieces, use a microfibre cloth. If you want a deeper clean, mix some warm water with a mild soap and leave to soak for a few minutes; then gently scrub with a soft brush, rinse and dry completely. To maintain its gold look, try to avoid direct contact with chemicals like perfumes, lotions and cleaning products.

Always store your jewellery in a dry place, preferably individually, in the complimentary soft NOVA pouch your items were delivered in, or in a jewellery box with dividers from other pieces.
